IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

The Arizona Department of Liquor Licenses and Control (“Department”) filed a Motion to Vacate for the reason that the Licensee has failed to file an Answer and the department is seeking to have the Director to deem the allegations admitted. The licensee has not filed any response to the Motion to Vacate. Pursuant to A.A.C. R2-19-111(4), the Admnistartive Law Judge finds that it is appropriate to vacate the hearing and remand it to the Department for the Director to act on the Department’s Request to Deem Allegations Admitted. THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED vacating his matter from the docket of the Office of Administrative Hearings and remanding it to the Department. Done this day: July 9, 2007.
