Pending before the Office of Administrative Hearings is the Department of Liquor Licenses and Control’s June 20, 2007 Motion to Vacate Hearing, submitted through counsel. The Department requests that the hearing in this matter be vacated for the reason that upon further review, the Department has determined to dismiss the complaint. Good cause appearing, and pursuant to A.A.C. R2-19-111(2), IT IS ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Director of the Department for further action.
