On May 10th, 2007, Complainant filed a written request to withdrawal her Complaint against the Respondent due to all issues being corrected to her satisfaction. Wherefore, good cause appearing and in accordance with A.A.C. R2-19- 111.1 and 4, it is hereby ordered canceling the scheduled hearing, vacating this matter from the OAH docket and remanding same to the Registrar of Contractors for its further action.
