On November 27, 2006, the Complainants filed a written communication which provides, in pertinent part, as follows: “Please consider this letter as notifying the Registrar of Contractors and the Office of Administrative Hearing that we are withdrawing our Complaint against TAC Building Contractors.” Based on the above, IT IS ORDERED that the hearing set for this matter be vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings and that this matter be remanded to the Registrar of Contractors.
