IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

The Complainant has filed a written communication which provides, in pertinent part, as follows: “Jacob’s drywall …drops all charges and allegations with Oliver Hudson Maud III, dba Oliver H. Maud III Contracting and Development (Indiv). Both parties have found resolution.” The Respondent has filed a written response which provides, in pertinent part, as follows: “Both parties have found resolution to the above mentioned complaint. General Contractor accepts and agrees to Subcontractor’s letter to dismiss initial complaint.” Based on the above, IT IS ORDERED that the hearing set for this matter be vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings and that this matter be remanded to the Registrar of Contractors.
