IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

On June 13, 2007, the Complainant filed a request to vacate the hearing scheduled for this matter. The Complainant’s request provides, in pertinent part, as follows: “I as the Complainant wish to withdraw from the scheduled pre-hearing job inspection and hearing scheduled for June 19th, 2007…He has no intentions of making sure he delivers a new product for a new home. Due to the above mentioned, it would be in our best interest to alternatively pursue this issue under the guidelines of our contract.” Based on the above, IT IS ORDERED that the hearing set for this matter be vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings and that this matter be remanded to the Registrar of Contractors. Done this day, June 14, 2007.
