On February 8, 2007, the Complainant filed a written communication which provides, in pertinent part, as follows: “We respect Mr. Allen’s decision and consideration and have chosen to go ahead with our back splash installation. Because of this decision it would not make any sense to remove the granite to pursue the aforementioned items. No hearing is required at this time.” Based on the above, IT IS ORDERED that the hearing set for this matter be vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings and that this matter be remanded to the Registrar of Contractors. Done this day, February 12, 2007.
