On June 18, 2007, the Complainant filed a communication which provides, in pertinent part, as follows: “A hearing was scheduled for the above mention contractor for July 10, 2007. As was requested in my letter of January 8, 2007, no hearing is required pursuant to the above referenced complaint no. T06-1219.” Based on the above, IT IS ORDERED that the hearing set for this matter be vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings and that this matter be remanded to the Registrar of Contractors.
