IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

On February 28, 2006 the Respondent filed a letter stating that it had complied with the terms and conditions of the Corrective Work Order issued in this matter. The Respondent’s letter provides, in pertinent part, as follows: “This letter is to confirm with both the Arizona Registrar of Contractors as well as Mr. Kasten that on February 18, 2006 jack Latham completed all items on the corrective work order. Before leaving the site, both Mr. Latham and Mr. Kasten walked the property and Mr. Kasten stated that he was satisfied and would notify the Arizona Registrar of Contractors to the same.” The Complainant was given an opportunity to respond thereto. Based on the above, IT IS ORDERED that the hearing set for this matter be vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings and that this matter be remanded to the Registrar of Contractors for its further action.
