On December 26, 2006, the Complainant filed a Motion to Vacate which provides, in pertinent part as follows: “Caliber has completed all work and I want the hearing canceled…I have discussed this issue with Caliber Homes and we both agree that all work is completed.” Based on the above, IT IS ORDERED that the hearing set for this matter be vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings and that this matter be remanded to the Registrar of Contractors. Done this day, January 2, 2007.
