On January 10, 2007, the Complainants filed a written communication which provides, in pertinent part as follows: “Complainants … hereby stipulate to withdraw, with prejudice, Complaint number S06-0208 against Rojas Roofing Inc., as we have reached agreement on a settlement.” Based on the above, IT IS ORDERED that the hearing set for this matter be vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings and that this matter be remanded to the Registrar of Contractors.
