I have appreciated all of your time and patience in this matter…but I do not wish to waste any more time or efforts on this matter at this time.” The Respondent was given a chance to respond thereto and indicated that it has no objection thereto. Based on the above, IT IS ORDERED that the hearing set for this matter be vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings and that this matter be remanded to the Registrar of Contractors.
