The administrative hearing in this matter is presently scheduled to convene on Wednesday, February 7th, 2007, at 9:00 a.m. On February 5th, 2007, Complainant filed a motion to vacate the hearing on the ground that he is withdrawing the Complaint in the matter due to the reasons set forth in his motion (copy attached for the Registrar’s review). Good cause appearing and in accordance with A.A.C. R2-19-111.4, it is hereby ordered that the scheduled hearing is canceled, this matter is vacated from the OAH docket, and remanded to the Registrar of Contractors for its further action.
