IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

Pursuant to the Notice of Hearing issued by the Registrar of Contractors, this matter came on for hearing before the Office of Administrative Hearings, an independent agency, on December 4, 2006. The commencement of the hearing was delayed approximately 15 minutes to allow for the late arrival of Complainant and counsel of record for Respondent. The parties failed to appear at the hearing In view of the foregoing, IT IS ORDERED that the hearing be vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings, and that this matter be remanded to the Registrar of Contractors for further action.
