Very shortly prior to the date set for the Further Hearing in the above-entitled matter, both parties filed a written Notification and Stipulation advising that they had reached a settlement in this case, expressly including the dismissal with prejudice of the pending matter and requesting that the scheduled further hearing be canceled, thereby also effectively warranting the termination of the entire pending administrative action. In view of the foregoing, and sufficient cause otherwise appearing herein, IT IS ORDERED that the Further Hearing scheduled to convene on November 6, 2008 be and hereby is VACATED from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings, and IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this matter be remanded to the Registrar of Contractors for appropriate further action.
