IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

Pursuant to the Notice of Hearing issued by the Registrar of Contractors, this matter came on for hearing before the Office of Administrative Hearings, an independent agency, on December 19, 2006. This Tribunal previously issued an Order Denying Continuance dated November 22, 2006, which advised the parties that this matter remained scheduled for hearing on December 19, 2006, at 9:00 a.m. The Order Denying Continuance was mailed and emailed to Complainant and Respondent’s counsel. The commencement of the hearing was delayed approximately 15 minutes to allow for the late arrival of counsel for Complainant and Respondent. Neither party appeared. In view of the foregoing, IT IS ORDERED that the hearing be vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings, and that this matter be remanded to the Registrar of Contractors for further action.
