IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

Pending before the Office of Administrative Hearings is a Notice of Settlement and Request to Close Complaint and Vacate Administrative Hearing (“Notice”) submitted on January 10, 2007. Pursuant to the Notice, Complainant Sunrise Estate Development Corp. has requested that the hearing in this matter, currently scheduled for January 29, 2007, be vacated for the reason that the parties have resolved the matters in dispute. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED VACATING this matter from the docket of the Office of Administrative Hearings and remanding it to the Registrar of Contractors for appropriate disposition.
