As there are no other motions pending and as the MOTION TO VACATE THE HEARING has been voluntarily entered; IT IS ORDERED that the Hearing scheduled to convene on April 26, 2007 at 1:30 P.M. be and is hereby vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS RECOMMENDED that the Registrar of Contractors make disposition of Complaint Nos. M06-2236 and M06-2236W in a manner appropriate in the premises.
