IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

Pending before the Office of Administrative Hearings is a Notice of Withdrawal of Appeal and Motion to Vacate Hearing submitted by the Arizona Department of Real Estate, through counsel, on June 27, 2007. Pursuant to that Motion, the Department requests that the hearing in this matter, currently scheduled for August 7, 2007, be vacated for the reason that the Department has withdrawn its denial, electing instead to issue an Advisory Letter of Concern. Good cause appearing, IT IS ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Commissioner of the Department for further action.
