On February 27, 2007, Complainant filed a notice[1] wherein was indicated that Complainant no longer desires to proceed to an administrative Hearing on its Complaint. As there are no other motions pending and as the MOTION TO VACATE THE HEARING has been voluntarily entered; IT IS ORDERED that the Hearing scheduled to convene on February 28, 2007 at 1:30 P.M. be and is hereby vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS RECOMMENDED that the Registrar of Contractors make disposition of Complaint No. G06-1810 in a manner appropriate in the premises.
