On April 23, 2007, Complainants filed a notice[1] wherein was indicated that Complainants do not desire to proceed to an administrative Hearing on their Complaint on the date that the Hearing is scheduled.[2] As there are no other motions pending and as the MOTION TO VACATE THE HEARING has been voluntarily filed; IT IS ORDERED that the Hearing scheduled to convene on April 25, 2007 at 1:30 P.M. be and is hereby vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS RECOMMENDED that the Registrar of Contractors make disposition of Complaint No. F06-0217 in a manner appropriate in the premises.
