On November 14, 2006, the parties filed a notice[1] wherein was indicated that Complainant no longer desires to proceed to an administrative Hearing on its Complaint in A06-0379. Respondent, in turn, has decided to withdraw its Complaint in A06-0323. As there are no other motions pending and as the MOTION TO VACATE THE HEARING has been voluntarily entered; IT IS ORDERED that the Hearing scheduled to convene on November 21, 2006 at 8:15 A.M. be and is hereby vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS RECOMMENDED that the Registrar of Contractors make disposition of Complaint Nos. A06-0379 and A06-0323 in a manner appropriate in the premises.
