STATE OF ARIZONA IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

On February 26, 2007, a Minute Entry was issued upon motion of Counsel, jointly made, wherein the matter was maintained on Judge Strickland’s Thirty Day Status Docket to March 26, 2007. Counsel were to inform by March 26, 2007 whether an evidentiary Hearing was still required. Because they did not do so, a Minute Entry was again issued giving Counsel June 26, 2007 to file a notice. Counsel were informed that should notice not be filed by that time, the matter would be vacated from the Office of Administrative Hearings docket and remanded to the Registrar of Contractors with recommendation that Complaint No. 06-2165 be closed. No such notice was filed. IT IS ORDERED that this matter be and is hereby vacated from the Office of Administrative Hearings docket. IT IS RECOMMENDED that the Registrar of Contractors make disposition of Complaint No. 06-2165 in a manner appropriate in the premises.
