Very shortly prior to the date and time set for the consolidated hearing in the above-entitled matters, counsel for both parties filed a written stipulation to dismiss the respective complaints, confirming that they were electing to withdraw
their previously filed complaints, and moved to vacate the scheduled consolidated hearing in these matters and to remand both of these matters to the Registrar of Contractors, thereby also effectively warranting the termination of both pending administrative actions.
In view of the foregoing, and sufficient cause otherwise appearing herein, IT IS ORDERED that the consolidated hearing scheduled to convene on May 17, 2007 be and hereby is VACATED from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings, and IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that both of the above- captioned matters be remanded to the Registrar of Contractors for appropriate further action.
