STATE OF ARIZONA IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

On May 14, 2007, the following Minute Entry was issued:

On February 20, 2007, the matter was continued to Judge Strickland’s Status Docket to April 16, 2007 upon motion of Counsel and in an effort to facilitate ongoing mediation in the related Maricopa County Superior Court case. Counsel were ordered to inform by April 16, 2007 whether an ROC evidentiary Hearing would still be required so that appropriate scheduling could be accomplished. They have not done so.

If Counsel do not inform by May 31, 2007 whether an ROC evidentiary Hearing is still required, the matter will be sent back to the Registrar of Contractors for appropriate disposition.

There being no response filed;

IT IS ORDERED that the matter be and is hereby vacated from the Office of Administrative Hearings Hearing docket. IT IS RECOMMENDED that the Registrar of Contractors make further disposition as may be appropriate in the premises.
