IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

It has come to the attention of the Office of Administrative Hearings that Respondent Aqua Vista Pools and Spa Inc. has filed for bankruptcy in U.S. District of Arizona Court case No. 2:06-bk-03701-GBN and that as a direct result thereof, there now exists an automatic stay of proceedings against Respondent pursuant to 11 U.S.C. §362(a). Therefore, good cause appearing, the above-entitled case is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings and is hereby remanded to the Registrar of Contractors for further appropriate action. Complainant may institute proceedings before the appropriate Federal Court seeking relief from the aforesaid automatic stay. Done this day, January 2, 2007.
