The Arizona Department of Environmental Quality (“ADEQ”) and Flamingo Car Wash have stipulated to dismiss this appeal pursuant to their settlement, the terms of which were set forth in the stipulaton. Therefore, IT IS ORDERED vacating the hearing that had been scheduled on February 8, 2007 at 1:30 p.m. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this appeal under A.A.C.
