Pending before the Office of Administrative Hearings is the Arizona Medical Board’s November 27, 2006 Motion to Vacate Hearing. Pursuant to that Motion, the Board has requested that the hearing in this matter, currently scheduled for November 28 and 29, 2006, be vacated for the reason that the parties have settled this case by way of a Consent Agreement. Good cause appearing, IT IS ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Board for further action.
