IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

Pending before the Office of Administrative Hearings is the Arizona Department of Agriculture’s January 4, 2007 Case Status Report and Motion to Vacate Hearing. Pursuant to that report and motion, the Department requests that this matter be vacated as the parties have finalized a settlement. Upon review and consideration of the foregoing, good cause appearing, IT IS ORDERED that the above-captioned matter is vacated from the docket of the Office of Administrative Hearings and remanded to the Department.
