On January 26, 2007, the Arizona State Board of Nursing (the “Board”) filed a Notice of Withdrawal of Hearing with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the Board advised that the above- captioned matter, which is scheduled for hearing on February 1, 2007, has been withdrawn due to Respondent’s failure to have complied with A.R.S. § 32-1664(I). Good cause appearing, IT IS ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Board for further action.
