On June 22, 2007, the BOARD filed a motion to vacate the presently- scheduled June 25, 2007 Hearing. The matter has been settled through “Consent Agreement.” As there are no other motions pending; IT IS ORDERED that the scheduled June 25 and 26, 2007 Hearing be and is hereby vacated from the docket of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS RECOMMENDED that the Director of the STATE BOARD OF NURSING make further disposition as may be appropriate in the premises.
