STATE OF ARIZONA IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

On January 17, 2007, the STATE BOARD OF NURSING filed notice[1] that it was withdrawing its previously-issued COMPLAINT AND NOTICE OF HEARING as a Consent Agreement has been entered by the parties. As necessity for the presentation of evidence and argument has been obviated by the BOARD’S action; IT IS ORDERED that the scheduled January 31, 2007 Hearing be and is hereby vacated from the Office of Administrative Hearings calendar. IT IS RECOMMENDED that the Director of the STATE BOARD OF NURSING make further disposition as may be appropriate in the premises.
