Wherefore, good cause in support of the motion being shown, and in accordance with A.A.C. R2-19-111.4., it is hereby ordered granting the motion. The administrative hearing and this matter are vacated from the OAH docket, and remanded to the Registrar of Contractors for its further action. Done this day, August 17th, 2005.
