The administrative hearing of this matter is presently scheduled to be held in the Office of Administrative Hearings on June 6th, 2005, in Sierra Vista, Arizona. On March 29th, 2005, the OAH received a motion from Complainant stating that all repairs had been made to his satisfaction, and requesting the hearing be vacated. The parties were advised in the notice of hearing of the Registrar’s policy cases resolved short of adjudication. Wherefore, it is hereby ordered vacating the hearing and remanding this matter to the Registrar of Contractors for its further action. Done this day, March 30th, 2005.
