STATE OF ARIZONA IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

Complainant Shea Homes Limited Partnership has filed a MOTION TO VACATE the presently-scheduled June 7, 2005 hearing stating in the motion that “it [presumably, the Complaint] has been resolved by both parties.” Although given sufficient time in which to do so, Respondent Pratte Building Systems, L.L.C. has not objected to identification of the resolution on the ROC website and in its records as: “Closed Complaints – Resolved/Settled/Withdrawn.” Therefore; IT IS ORDERED that the June 7, 2005 scheduled hearing be and is hereby vacated from the Office of Administrative Hearings docket. IT IS RECOMMENDED that the Registrar of Contractors close Complaint Nos. M05-1199 and Mo5-1199X.
