IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

On June 21, 2005, the Arizona Department of Real Estate (the “Department”) filed a Memorandum with the Office of Administrative Hearings pursuant to which the Department advised that Petitioner Robert L. Myers’ application for a real estate salesperson’s license was granted after an informal settlement conference. Hearing has been scheduled for August 4, 2005; however, no Notice of Hearing has yet been issued. In view of the foregoing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Department for further action. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Department shall provide a copy of this Order to Mr. Myers.
