IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

On April 22, 2005, counsel for the Arizona Department of Real Estate ("the Department") filed a Motion to Vacate the hearing in this matter. In that motion, counsel for the Department states that Petitioner’s application for a real estate broker’s license has been granted. Attached to that motion was a copy of the Department’s Memorandum dated April 21, 2005, advising Petitioner that the license had been granted. Based on the above, IT IS ORDERED that the hearing set for June 6, 2005, be vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings and that this matter be remanded to the Department. Done this day, April 27, 2005.
