On December 14, 2005 Counsel jointly filed a MOTION TO DISMISS/CLOSE THE PENDING COMPLAINT AND TO VACATE THE SCHEDULED HEARING. The parties have resolved their differences concerning the issue(s) that led to the filing of Complaint No. 05-2527-ROC. Therefore, the necessity for an evidentiary Hearing has been obviated. IT IS ORDERED that this administrative matter, currently scheduled to be heard on January 4, 2005 at 9:00 A.M., be and is hereby vacated from the Hearing docket of the Office of Administrative Hearings under the authority of A.A.C. R2-19-111(1). IT IS RECOMMENDED that the Registrar of Contractors close Complaint No. 05-2527-ROC, along with the related underlying CITATION AND COMPLAINT.
