As discussed on the record at the conclusion of the parties’ presentation of evidence on April 25, 2013, IT IS ORDERED setting a one-hour further hearing on May 13, 2013, at 1:00 p.m. to allow the parties’ attorneys to make telephonic closing arguments. The Office of Administrative Hearings (“OAH”) will place calls to Respondent Ben F. Gallaway at 602-228-8737, to the Board of Behavioral Health Examiners’ attorney, Marc H. Harris, at 602-542-7994, and to Mr. Gallaway’s attorney, Timothy D. Edwards, at 608-260-2481 unless the provide a different number to OAH staff at least four hours prior to the further hearing. Court Reporter Tammy Gillett will be personally present at the further hearing to transcribe the parties’ attorneys’ closing arguments.
