IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

Prior to the date of the scheduled hearing, the Complainant filed a communication with the Office of Administrative Hearings, indicating that this matter had been resolved and canceling its request for a hearing. The Complainant’s communication provides, in pertinent part, as follows: “I, Henry Dennison, President of Henden Corp., would like to drop this case.” The Respondent concurs with the Complainant’s request. Therefore, good cause appearing, the above-entitled case is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings and it is ordered that this matter be remanded to the Registrar of Contractors for its further action.
