IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

Prior to the date of the scheduled hearing, Complainant filed a communication with the Office of Administrative Hearings, indicating that this matter had been resolved and canceling her request for a hearing. The complainant’s communication provides, in pertinent part, as follows: “This letter is to inform you that Santa Fe Pools has responded to the request to complete the installation of the pool as contracted. I see no further need to continue with a hearing with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors. I thank you for your service and attention to this matter.” Therefore, good cause appearing, the above-entitled case is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings and it is ordered that this matter be remanded to the Registrar of Contractors for its further action.
