Prior to the date of the scheduled hearing, Respondent filed a communication with the Office of Administrative Hearings, indicating that the matter had been settled between the parties and requested that the matter be dismissed. Attached to Respondent’s communication is a document entitled “Stipulation,” which shows Complainants’ signature and confirms the settlement between the parties. Therefore, good cause appearing, the above-entitled case is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings and remanded to the referring agency for appropriate disposition.
