IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

On September 24, 2003, the undersigned Administrative Law Judge received a Notice of Final Settlement and Motion to Vacate Administrative Hearing from Assistant Attorney General Craig Raby. Mr. Raby requested that the hearing in this matter be vacated because the parties have resolved their dispute.

Based upon the foregoing, IT IS ORDERED that the hearing scheduled for September 26, 2003, shall be vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.
