Licensure Applicant Gaetano G. Spinnato, D.M.D., M.D. has notified the Arizona State Board of Dental Examiners that he withdraws his application on the advice of counsel. Therefore, IT IS ORDERED that the hearing scheduled to convene on January 26, 2005 be vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.
