IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

Appellant has appealed the denial of his application for licensure by the Arizona Board of Dental Examiners. The hearing in this matter is scheduled for September 10, 2004, at 9:00 a.m. before the Office of Administrative Hearings, an independent agency. Appellant has filed a request to “dismiss the above referenced complaint (sic) and to reschedule the matter before the Board at its meeting on October 8, 2004.” Appellant indicates that he discussed this matter with the Board’s counsel. In view of the foregoing and pursuant to A.A.C. R2-19-111(3), IT IS ORDERED that the scheduled hearing be vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings, and that this matter be remanded to the Arizona Board of Dental Examiners for final disposition.
