Prior to the date set for the hearing in this case, Complainant filed a request that the scheduled hearing be vacated, based on information recently obtained. In view of the foregoing, and sufficient cause otherwise appearing herein, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing scheduled to convene on June 1, 2004, at 9:00 a.m. be vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings, and IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this case be remanded to the Registrar of Contractors for appropriate disposition.[1] Done this day, March 31, 2004.
