STATE OF ARIZONA IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

On June 3, 2004, Complainants filed a communication with the Office of Administrative Hearings wherein they moved to withdraw their complaint against Respondent and impliedly requested that the hearing in this matter, presently scheduled for June 28, 2004, be vacated. Pursuant to Minute Entry dated June 3, 2004, the parties had until June 10, 2004 to file a Notice of Intention to proceed to a hearing on the merits. Respondent did not file an objection to Complainants’ request or a Notice to proceed to hearing. Based on the above, and sufficient cause otherwise appearing, IT IS ORDERED that the hearing set for June 28, 2004 at 9:00 a.m. be and hereby is VACATED from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings and, IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this matter be remanded to the Registrar of Contractors for appropriate disposition.
