IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

The instant matter came on for hearing, as scheduled, on June 14, 2004. Complainant was represented by her attorney, Suzanne Weatherman and Respondent was represented by its attorney, Joel Sannes. At the outset of the scheduled hearing the parties indicated that the disputed contained in this complaint had been resolved. Based on some type of confidentiality agreement they did not wish to discuss the details of the settlement. However, Complainant stated that she was withdrawing the filed complaint and Respondent indicated that it had no objection to the matter being vacated and that it was aware of the Registrar of Contractors’ normal record keeping policies and procedures. Therefore, good cause appearing, the above-entitled case is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings and remanded to the referring agency for appropriate disposition. Complainant also averred that Steve Cadwallader should never have been listed as a party to the complaint and his name should be removed from the caption. Based on Complainant’s request, Steve Cadwallader is removed from the instant caption and should be removed from any other orders that may be issued in this matter.
