Neither party filed a Notice, on or before January 20, 2004 as directed by the Minute Entry issued January 13, 2004, of its intention to proceed with the hearing upon being notified of the Registrar of Contractors’ policy on resolution of cases in absence of a determination on the merits. Pursuant to said Minute Entry, the failure of the parties’ to file said Notices is treated as an agreement by the parties to vacate the hearing in this matter. Pursuant to A.A.C. R2-19-111(1), It is hereby ordered vacating the hearing in this matter and remanding this matter to the Registrar of Contractors for further disposition. Done this day, January 21, 2004.
