The Appellant failed to timely request a hearing pursuant to A.A.C. R-2-11-207. Pursuant to A.A.C. R-2-11-206, the Department of Administration/Capitol Police issued a Notice of Default. Upon the issuance of a Notice of Default, there are no issues pending before the Office of Administrative Hearings. The Office of Administrative Hearings has no jurisdiction over the instant matter and no action can be taken by the Administrative Law Judge.
